Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every US order, with tracking.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1–2 business days to prepare and hand your order to the carrier.
• Shipping: 3–9 business days after dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during the holiday peak or because of carrier delays.

Christmas delivery

For delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 12. Orders placed after that date may arrive after December 25.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and link. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived 15 business days after dispatch, email dzi.business8@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and resend or refund your order.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us before your order ships and we'll update it.
